1) Register by clicking on the link "Register"
Include the following
Select the Event "Sponsor A Child" Select the Program "CEZ"
Let us know how you want to pay (monthly or annually) in the Comments Section
If you prefer to mail the payment please indicate this in the Comments Section
2) You can make a payment by Credit Card/Debit Card/Check by choosing "To Donate/Sponsor Payment On Line" or choose "MAKE A DONATION" in the upper right hand corner of each page.
